Reviews and Ratings
I had a decent stay at this boutique hotel. The rooms were quite nice and clean, offering a comfortable environment. The staff were responsive and friendly, particularly Prakesh from the front desk, which made my stay more pleasant. However, the dining options could use some improvement, and I found the facilities a bit lacking overall. While the price was reasonable for the quality, there were parts that could have been better.
My stay at this boutique hotel was a mixed bag. The rooms are absolutely beautiful with unique decor, but I found them darker than depicted in the photos. The service was quite accommodating, especially after I raised my concerns about the room quality. The location is great with plenty of nearby dining options and close proximity to the shopping center, but it didn't quite live up to the visual expectations I had from the website. Overall, it had its perks, but there are definitely areas that need improvement.
I had a bit of a mixed experience at this hotel. The location is fantastic, being so close to Baluwatar's restaurants and shopping center, which made it really convenient. However, I found the room to be quite dark and a bit noisy due to its proximity to the lobby and car park. The staff was friendly and tried to resolve my complaints, but the room quality left a lot to be desired.
I had a mixed experience at this boutique hotel. The rooms were spacious and beautifully decorated, which I really appreciated. However, the service was often slow, and the noise from the lobby and nearby parking was quite distracting at times. The location in Baluwatar is fantastic, with lots of restaurants and a shopping center nearby, but that noise factor is definitely something to consider.
I had a mixed stay at the hotel. The rooms were clean and provided a nice view of the Crown Bar, but they were quite noisy due to their location near the lobby and car park. The service was responsive and welcoming, especially from Prakesh at the front desk. I appreciated the offer of a discount after we raised concerns about the room quality. The location was great, close to various restaurants and a shopping center, making it convenient but not entirely relaxing with the noise levels.
